Consultation Booking
Whirlwind Web Services (we, us) collect the name of individuals who book a consultation, along with their preferred name.
Client Data
For clients, we store the name, email address, and their website's name for internal use.

In the event of a data breach, users will be immediately notified of the breach and our immediate actions. Meetings will also be arranged with the clients on what security measures they can take.
We use one cookie for cookie acceptance. If the user accepts this cookie, we will gather behavioural data through Google Analytics and Hotjar. Please note that our privacy policy does not apply to said websites and they will have their own measures on how they store and deal with the incoming data. The user can choose to not accept the cookies. The acceptance cookie must be set in this case as well to a value of false whic means no additional cookies or analytical scripts will be loaded until this setting is changed. Cookies will expire after 30 days. You can delete your cookies or modify your preferences in your browser settings.
Users can request access to their personal information and request the deletion of their data. If a user requests their data to be deleted we will delete all their data stored in our database including their name, email address and review they might have written as we only need their data to make client management overseeable. Users' data will be permanently deleted and they will have no way of requesting to get it back into our database. We will only give out user data after identification. We may request an ID card photo, order number or other kinds of identification. Please note that we will comply with authorities if they have a compelling reason to request a user's data. We will not disclose user data to any party other than the case mentioned previously.
We may provide links to external websites on our platform, including but not limited to our Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media pages. Once users leave our site, they are subject to the privacy policies of those external sites. We do not have control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of any third-party websites.
